“I've made 10 purchases with Top 3D Shop at this point. Due to a disability, I can't drive. The delivery men were very kind to bring the 3D printer inside. Alec shared with me a special training pack, going into a lot of detail on how to operate the printer and best tips for maintaining it. I also joined the recommended facebook community who have also been very helpful and provided useful feedback on the prints. From then on, I’ve been constantly buying filaments, glue and some spare parts from Top3D. Their team has been very supportive throughout the process and exceeded my expectations. “I am a teacher, and I use 3D printing for various projects with my students. We joke with my family about our house being full of plastic toys, but this makes the learning experience more practical and interesting! Top3D has been of great help in educating me about which filaments to use and how to adjust settings for various problems I’ve experienced.”

“For around two years in our engineering technical services was forming an idea to realize and reproduce parts of food production equipment. “Took 2 hours for them to respond about the status of my order. Before that they told me that it was processed. The store is great. The guys are pushing the technologies to the masses. Not always perfectly, but this bumpy road will be worth it.”
