“I’ve been wanting to buy QIDI for a long time. Decided to go with top3d after my friend’s recommendation. I don’t have many complaints either: they explained everything and even sent me a video guide for cleaning the extruder when it got jammed. The only problem is that the delivery was delayed by two days. They said that the problem was with FedEx. Other than that, everything is good.”

“Bought from them twice. The first time it was an Einscan 3D scanner, the second time I got a 3D printer called Anycubic Photon Mono 4K. Good impressions with both devices and training was of great help.”

“I bought a 3d printer here and liked that I was consulted about how to operate it. I had some experience with 3d printing before but resin printing turned out not as simple as I thought. The manual had a strong flavour of Chinese, but they provided me with clear video guides, alternative software that was much easier to use than the default one and settings for my resin. Now I print all the time, very happy with the machine: crisp resolution, quick results. Impressed with both the machine and the customer service.”

“Top3D is a great place to buy filament. During checkout, I had a problem with billing. I called them, they solved my issue while we were on the phone, placed the order for my filament, I paid and it was delivered within a few days.”

“The order was lost by FedEx and they shipped me another spool of filament, while the investigation was taking place. Then FedEx delivered the first spool and they let me keep it without charging me extra. Great service!”

“What a great company. They really have their act together. Passionate team, quality products at good prices and free shipping. I needed to replace a part, they quickly put me in touch with the technical specialist and I had the replacement part within a week. Great job Alec and Top3D.”

“They made a mistake in the delivery address, taking the bill to address instead of the shipping address from the PO. It happens but far from everybody would admit so. Thanks for the quick response and free filament to compensate for the mistake. I will consider buying from you again.”

“Top3DShop have been a supplier to us for more than a year. We sourced 3D printers, filaments and parts from them and every time their service was top notch. I never felt like they pushed a sale on us, quite the opposite, they were very patient and professional in their every response.”

“Their support offered a lot of help with choosing an inexpensive 3D scanner for our school district. The packaging was good. No problems and nice people. The only caveat was that my workstation didn’t have an Nvidia graphics card, so at the moment I am using another PC.”

“Impressive number of products in the store. Not only printers and scanners, but also supplies. But it’s strange that they couldn’t answer some of my questions in the chat. I wanted to learn more about the differences of the Flashforge devices. Started looking elsewhere, but they followed up with a big detailed email, answering all my questions. That attentive approach won me back. The device is great, looks premium, amazing build and simple software.”

“The delivery was very slow, it took 5 days to get the tracking number. I was informed about potential delays in advance, but still 5 days is too long. Consider Amazon if you need the product asap.”
