“Received an email regarding Topman sale,I checked it out and placed an order it was easy to navigate Topmans website and even advised on looking for a voucher code which I found an extra 10%off and free delivery,thank you.”

“I ordered a product online for in-store collection, went in-store, put my card in a machine, pulled out within seconds and voila! The shop assistant pulled my package from under the counter and I was off; winner, winner... Chicken dinner.”

“Went into the Friars Walk, Newport store on the 13th and 15th February for the first time using Topman. Went in to buy a last minute Valentines Day gift with my toddler who wasn't a happy bunny, making a stressed out Mummy. The service I received on both days from Harrison was exceptional. He was helpful, friendly and used initiative when serving me and I left feeling a lot less stressed and valued as a customer not just another number on the Tilly. Thank you!”

“Online order - they refused to rectify the situation and took no accountability. Ordered a pair of suede shoes that deteriorated rapidly (looked like they had been put through a blender after 2 weeks of office wear). I understand some products are just poorly created but the fact that the company refused to do anything about this was unbelievable. Stay away from Topman if you're purchasing anything that you may end up wanting to return for any reason.”

“Online order review. What a nightmare. I ordered online a three piece suit for a fancy Christmas meal. Really excited about the item. It took a whole WEEK to be informed that only part of my order can be collected (next do this in 24hrs normally) ...unfortunately the item missing was the waistcoat. They took the liberty of debiting my account. Before checking this was okay. I mean who on earth orders a three piece suit not wanting part of it?? I rang up to enquire when the waistcoat will be available. I had to ring them to find out it won't be. So I asked for refund and it will take UP TO 28 days!!!! (Usually it's 14, but you know it's Christmas isn't it.) Most companies up their game for Christmas, but apparently it's the opposite with Topshop/Topman. I am going to tell everyone I know about this and I will never shop here again. Absolutely appalling, Topshop/Topman are leagues behind the competition. So now I don't have enough money to buy a replacement and don't have a suit for the meal. Merry Christmas from Topshop/Topman.”

“In my opinion i think that Topman is a very good shop because everyone that works there is so helpful to all the customers and if you ask them a question they know the answer instantly and they provide a wonderful service with great customer service. They can deal with all your problems there and then with no trouble what so ever, and as soon as you walk through the door they don't all run after you at once to ask you questions, they wait until you have had a good look at all the clothes and then they ask you if you need any help with finding anything.”
