“Did an internet search for a part for a 30 year old Dodge Ram W250. The OEM part was ,of course, no longer available from the manufacturer. Torque King's website popped up during my initial search. A search of their website and I quickly found the part I needed. Very reasonable price for the 'Axel Vent Fitting' I needed. The part was in my hand 10 days after I placed the order. “My sales guy Tyler was great! My truck is anything but stock not insane horse power but with 600hp out of my 2009 dodge 2500 diesel snaped 1350 front drive shaft and I was looking for the best replacement. Well Torque King sold me on the 1410 shaft that dodge shaped over to in 2014. I was hesitant at first but after full install the product looks amazing!”

“I explained what I was doing to my sales guy Tyler. He double checked with his techs and got me set up. Upgraded from the 1350 front shaft for a 2009 dodge to the 2014 dodge 1410. Didnt even know this was a option for me but it will handle my 600hp and not snap. Great communication and tech support!”

Hi- thanks for the photos. We do package them using foam-in-bag cushioning and band them to a pallet for easier handling. We have no control over the package handlers kicking them around or dropping them off trucks while in transit...

Hi there- As we can see from the pictures, we obliviously put the wrong label on the package, sorry about that. To line up the dates, you placed the order Sunday Oct 18, and we shipped the next day when we opened. The package was delivered to you the following Saturday the 24th, and you left us a message that day. We responded Monday the 26th and re-shipped your order the SAME DAY. I am guessing the reason why it "seemed" like we were "in no rush" to fix our error is because we are closed weekends. That must be it I guess... I'll suggest to management that we open 7 days a week.

“Everything went smooth from start to finish, staff was on top of everything Abraham ( my customer service rep) called AND emailed to verify some aspects of my order to insure no hiccups in delivery. I LOVE how each product was vacuum packaged. My only complaint was packaging for shipment its self, there was no paper wadded on the insides around the product in the box. Due to rough handling during shipping the box was punctured and the packaging holding the product was damaged. No damage to the actual product so no harm no foul. Everything else was 10s across the board!”
