“HAD THE PLEASURE OF VIEWING THE FIRE ABOUT TWO HR'S. GOT SMOKED UP BURNING FIRE WOOD. OTHER THAN THAT THEY WORKED FINE .”

The glass getting sooted up has nothing to do with the glass. It can be several different issues. Wood that is not dry enough. Air leakage. Improper installation, allowing air leakage. The type of stove (older inefficient stoves). A lazy vent draft. on and on. You may want to check into these things to see if you can correct the issue.

“I ordered new glass to have extra on hand for if the glass that's currently on the stove breaks. I haven't opened the box yet so I can't say anything about the quality. The shipping was very fast”

“New piece of glass from you guys fits great. The piece I purchased a couple of years ago never fit correctly, it was to large and the door always closed under pressure which probably caused it to break. The new one is much better.”

Those are Mineral deposits in the glass. Mica glass is made out of a mineral that is peeled into sheets. The Mica glass will have imperfections in it....it is the nature of that type of glass. Sorry to hear yours had more than you thought. Some of it is fairly clear, but some have more spots than others.

“Would of giving 5 stars but paid for 2 day and took 4 days.The glass is awesome. Money was taking out on the 9th and received on the 13th. All good but damn that was 35 etra for 2 day.....”

According to the tracking information we shipped it the same day it was ordered and the packaged was delivered in 2 days. Did UPS drop it off at the wrong location?

“Shipment came on time, glass fit perfectly no problem. One question why dose the glass turn black!!! And I can’t clean it, is their a cleaner to remove the blackened stain???)”

The glass can turn black for many reasons such as burning unseasoned wood, faulty airwash system, wood burning against the glass, not burning hot enough or poor draw. This is not because of the glass. For tips on cleaning wood stove glass check out our glass cleaning page https://www.woodstove-fireplaceglass.com/info/glass-cleaning Do not use stove cleaner as it will eat into the glass making it more difficult to clean over time.
