“From the first interaction to the last, the Total team have been outstanding. Clear process with clear and regular communication meant a seamless experience and no doubt a seamless experience for the banks also! We felt that every step had a robust process, we felt completely informed along the way, and it was just an overall smooth experience. Cannot recommend the Total team highly enough!”
