“Great at always keeping in touch very friendly professional people. Its a stressful time for people and they made you feel a lot less stressed. Because they do this process all the time, I felt I was expected to know things that they knew and at times it was a little fast paced for me. But that could be more about my abilities than their process. I would recommend them to other people.”

“Jordan and his team provided good service but there were a few areas we felt they could improve. Our situation changed a fair amount between our initial application and us actually finding a house I.e. changing from not using our kiwisavers to using our kiwisavers. We found that we had to repeat these changes a few times and the application was never updated to reflect this (until our final call with Jordan when confirming loan details). The document portal was good but after the initial application providing the follow up documents were not very visible to us, just going via email.”

“Total Mortgages helped us understand and secure the mortgage for our first home. Jordan was efficient, however, sometimes lacked an explanation of how he got certain numbers and missed a recalculation when we changed our offer last minute. This was minor though as in the end, good results were obtained and we were stoked with the interest rates he locked in for us.”
