“Jordon is a pleasant and clear communicator who is easy to work with directly. Perhaps the covid restrictions were not as kind to another staff member that I was passed onto for the majority of my processing and in particular, her listening skills were out the gate and I would often be interrupted mid-sentence during most phone conversations. I ended up just ignoring her phone calls to avoid being rudely interrupted and opted to only communicate via email, but I got there in the end. As a manager myself, I would suggest providing ongoing support to your staff during covid restriction times as that would have gone a long way in my instance.”

“We heard hardly anything from Jordan during the process and when drawdown was approaching and we were looking to lock in rates, we were chasing Jordan up and he kept telling us to wait until settlement date. We ended up organising a meeting directly with Westpac to lock in our rates and decide how we were going to proceed. Afterwards, Jordan contacted us and explained his hands were tied in this situation as it was a construction drawdown and we couldn't finalise anything until settlement which makes sense but we feel it still would have been nice to talk about our options with Jordan before settlement date.”
