Dear Madeleine, Many thanks for your feedback. Please accept our apologies for the installation being 1 day longer than the stated lead time. We usually manage installations within 1-2 weeks but it does get more difficult to schedule when the location is rural or remote. As advised we are continuing to try to improve on your installation date and will get in touch if we manage to get it booked for an earlier date. “the service was easy to order and straight forward i was a bit annoyed when i was told on the phone the item was in stock however i ordered it and then had an email saying it would be delivered in about two weeks as it was out of stock”

Hi Darren, Many thanks for taking the time to leave a rating and comments. I'm sorry if you were told the colour that you ordered was a stock item. It is only the anthracite grey that is kept in stock and all other colours are made to order so have a lead time of 10-15 working days. The Secured By Design postbox is very popular and we are aware we need to try to improve the lead time for other colours where possible. The product page does state the accurate lead times but perhaps we need to make it clearer. I will also ensure staff take extra special care when quoting lead times over the phone. Hi Anna, Sorry you got a different colour to the one you asked for. When we offered colour choices on the charm alarm giveaway it did state we could not guaranteed you would receive your preferred colour but we would try. Thanks for your feedback and hope you don't have reason to use your personal alarm ;)
