“Safe delivered very quickly broke (dial lock), heard it fall apart as I turned it. Opened the back to find 3 or 4 pieces had fallen off, apparently voiding my warranty. Then charged for the privilege of having an engineer come to fix it, just a few weeks after delivery. I have been done, don't let it happen to you, buy from a company that doesn't treat clients like pond life.”

“I tried to warn you in advance about the joists underneath the safe - you told me not to worry, that your men will find the way of fixing the safe down. Well, they did not!! They were otherwise nice chaps, but they did not have the screw required. In the end I had to purchase a drill bit and 12 mm 28cm long screw altogether for about £30 to do your job! Any refund? Invoices available upon request. The safe itself is sturdy as advertised, however the electronic lock on the door is wobbly and certainly does not inspire confidence or a solid value at £ 2100!!! Could I have it looked at?”

“Apart from having to remind the delivery guys after they had left the building that they had to install the safe the overall experience was good. Lucky we noticed that they handn't fitted the safe before they had left site, we caught them in the car park!”

“Friendly and courteous delivery staff. They did not have the right equipment to get the safe inside the building but with assistance from the Caretakers, the right solution was found. Looks like a quality product !”
