“I ordered 3 items and on the day they were shipped (so no changes possible) I got an automatic notification that 1 item was cancelled. I e-mailed to follow up but never received a reply. I was re-funded the money straight away - but I really did need the item so I would have preferred to wait till it was back in stock or to receive a replacement. I also can't order again separately because then I'd have to pay lots for shipping just 1 item. The two items I did receive are great quality though and the purchasing process was easy and pleasant. It looks like a nice company. Just disappointed with the lack of communication.”

“The bag was delivered in the wrong colour (pink instead of blue) and there were no instructions (or any other documentation in the parcel) as to how to return/exchange it. As I needed the bag, I decided to keep it but I would have preferred to get it in the colour I ordered. Otherwise I am happy with the quality of the products.”
