“It has taken a while to fit the tow bar as there were no fitting instructions & because of my age i needed someone to help me but finally got it on only to find that there were no tongue bolts in the package, can you please reply. PS. the packaging was not damaged so they could not have fallen out in transport. Kind Regards, Ross, .”

Good Morning Ross, Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear it too a little bit of time to install because there was no fitting instructions. Most of our towbars come with instructions from the manufacturer but unfortunately not all. We have tried to reach out to you this morning by phone call. “Efficient transaction, Quick delivery, Expensive postage to residential addresses, Good product quality, Good value when product is on clearance. Generic wiring looms over priced. Would deal with them again if the price is reasonable. Already my second purchase through TA.”

“Purchased an Australian built TAG towbar, excellent quality and easy to follow instruction, except the hole in the tow hitch is not quite in the centre so the hitch will only go in upside down, and the rated shackles supplied are too big to fit through the holes in the bar where they are supposed to go. I really didn't want to grind away the powder coating to fix these two problems I'm sure it will rust.”

“Towbar was a good fit and am very happy with it however not so happy with the supplied wiring harness it is just plugged together which is very easy but there is a power feed to the stop lights on the trailer when the park lights are on, was supplied with another ECU but no change, please help.”

“I purchased a motorbike rack. It is a good, solid, weighty piece of kit. The only negatives are: (1) it was slighly too wide for my car but I got cut a litte shorter and it was fine. (2) I live on the coast and some parts ot the rack have developed a bit of surface rust. I don't know if this will be a serious problem in the long run. (3) The ramp was too short and therefore too steep. Note: I had to mount the rack high to get on and off the island barge without hitting the ground so it maybe ok for most people. I just bought a longer ramp. This rack was the best value one (not the cheapest) I could find.”

“The tow at itself is great. Although the dial release mechanism on the euro style towbar jammed after 2 uses. I had to pull the tinge section apart and grease the mechanism. It had some grease. But looks like it had been just put in there Willy nilly without any application the moving parts that needed greasing. Other than that. I love the concept and design.”

“Tow-bar fitted the chassis of my 2017 Renault Master perfectly. I had to buy a longer tongue so would have preferred this to be a purchase option. Also had to modify water tanks on my Sunliner Switch RV (not the fault of the tow-bar).”
