“Quality and delivery was great. I think however the website downloadable fitting instructions and the instructions that came with the unit need to be the same. I needed to refer to online for torque settings and instructions with the unit for the rest. There were errors in number of fittings needed to remove to prepare for installation, and cutting size of existing bumper was insufficient. In the end, good finish.”

“The transaction itself was smooth. The support stuff was helpful. The correct kit was ordered. My car mechanic installed the towbar in my VW Golf Wagon MK7.5 2017. He found two problems: 1. The 7-pin connection socket has a plate with two threaded bolts welded to it with which you fix the socket to the car. The problem is that the socket case is so wide that it obstructs the nuts that should go on the threaded bolts. Obviously there is a mismatch here. There is no easy fix for this one. 2. The instruction specifying which cable should be connected where is incorrect. The lights did not work correctly. My mechanic had to resort to time consuming process of swapping the cables to find the right combination. I had to pay for his time of course. So, two problems with the product.”

“Paint on some parts where chipped due to not enough packaging, missing a few washers, instructions are terrible. Shipping time and communication was fine.”

“Just started to prepare for the tow bar install. Have noticed that there are no attachment bolts in the kit but they are listed in the item list. Are they meant to be included as listed?”

“Towbar well made Came with everything I need Installing tho wasn't perfect Had to hammer in my boot floor as it was hitting on the drivers side Also the exhaust hits on the passenger side and make a bad rattle so I had to bend that out of the way but might cut it off all together I have photos to show how it looks and overall I’m happy with my purchase”

“Good price, prompt delivery, but I had to search the other company that provided the limited instructions for installation, They gave me pictures that you couldn't supply. I can send you some pictures if you want, Next step is a wiring loom, Definitely not using scotch clips. You owe Boronia a six pack. Design could be improved for easier installation, Happy customer, Thank you.”

“I recently purchased a ECM03 wiring harness to fix the sequential indicators on our new caravan behind a new Ford Ranger. I was very careful to connect both sets of cables per the instructions but when nothing worked I swapped the cables and now all’s good. I’m sure they were labelled incorrectly.”

“Product was delivered as expected. Instructions provided online were easy to install the towbar. There would be some benefit in an explanation of how to use the scotch locks in the wiring kit but this was simple enough to work out online. Overall, satisfied.”

“I’m aiming to install the tow bar tomorrow but the instructions and diagram look nothing like the real thing. I am assuming the 2022 and 2023 Tank models are the same - I have a 2023 model. If it all works out I’ll let you know. Neil”
