“Gday TBA the experience had its ups and downs. Having a Mercedes/european vehicle did not help either. Item was paid for but something went wrong from the web site to the company and item was not being sent but once i checked in with TBA by phone they sent it same day and it was delivered next day :) The shackle point on the bar is not able to accept the 750kg shackle so will need rectifying. I wonder if there is some way of canceling out the rear proximity alarm when using the indicators as the car sees the trailer as a vehicle that is to close and warns me every time I use the indicators. Expected some hurdles.”

“A Good quality product, but I had two somewhat disappointing issues. 1. The courier did not want to deliver to my rural location - luckily I was able to redirect the item to the nearest larger town. 2. The pin supplied does not fit through the hole in the receiver tube, it's at least 3mm too big for the hole. I'll be purchasing a reduced shank bit, or trying to enlarge the receiver tube hole somehow.”

“The tow bar unit was a great product and fitted very well, but the supply of unrated bolts is questionable, one of the main bolts stripped its thread with very little pressure. Then the inconvenience of having to source replacement bolts.”
