“I'm so used to waiting ages for items that can't be express post. No so with my towbar the delivery was so quick almost too quick. The product was top quality and instructions perfect. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who values good service.”

“Quick, wrong bracket was delivered initially but correct replacement sent free of charge and express post. Great service. I just wish that I had ordered a flat socket instead of round but that's entirely my fault 😀”

“It has taken a while to fit the tow bar as there were no fitting instructions & because of my age i needed someone to help me but finally got it on only to find that there were no tongue bolts in the package, can you please reply. PS. the packaging was not damaged so they could not have fallen out in transport. Kind Regards, Ross, .”

Good Morning Ross, Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear it too a little bit of time to install because there was no fitting instructions. Most of our towbars come with instructions from the manufacturer but unfortunately not all. We have tried to reach out to you this morning by phone call. We will be sending out 2 tongue bolts in an express post bag today for you. Hopefully you receive them really soon. Many Thanks Towbars Australia

“Efficient transaction, Quick delivery, Expensive postage to residential addresses, Good product quality, Good value when product is on clearance. Generic wiring looms over priced. Would deal with them again if the price is reasonable. Already my second purchase through TA.”
