“I ordered a claireabella polo bag. It was really beautifully made and my friend loved it. Only issue was I asked for brown eyes on the face and it came with blue. Other than that very pleased.”

“Bought for my daughter's birthday and I am sure she will love it! Only issue is a thought the picture would have been slightly bigger on the shopper bag as it is on the other bags but overall very pleased and with the speedy delivery”

“The service was really good. Site is easy to use however when I clicked on track my order it continuously showed as in production even when the products had been delivered”

“I ordered a Valentines limited edition Claireabella bag. I was really pleased with the quality and design of the product. I just wish the delivery time wasn't so long but I understand this is the case for a customised item.”

Thank you for the review and I am glad you love your Valentines Day bag. The delivery time reflects the fact that all our Claireabella Jute bags are hand painted. The bag you ordered was a Limited Edition and as these bags have a more intricate design than our Classics range, our Claireabella Painters do need the extra time to accommodate for this. However we promised the bags for Valentines Day and we delivered on that promise! “Get your beautiful Claireabella stuff from here, too many terrible knock offs doing the rounds. Love my bags, don't look anywhere else or you will get a badly made copy!!”

“Very pleased with items I ordered. I ordered dog bowl with name looks great and A3 note book with name and picture also great. These came very quickly. Also ordered bathroom picture which I love . This came much later and got a bit worried it was not coming thus my overall rating was good and not very good/ Chris”

“Bought my daughter (10) a customised bag for her birthday. She loves it and uses it for school every day. So far it has stood up to the strain of carrying her books etc very well and is a good size for this.”
