“I ordered a t-shirt for my nephew for Christmas. I got my other nephew to order it, he found the site easy to use and did it quickly. And the delivery was quick. Packaging was good. T-shirt looked good.”

“I recently ordered a personalised heart Matt frame, i recieved my item within a couple of days of ordering it. Unfortunately it did arrive with a dent but I emailed Paul Harris and he was very quick to respond and send a replacement for me. I would reccomend ToxicFox to anyone, the products are gorgeous and great customer service!!”

“Bought two bags one for me and one as a gift and they are totally fab saving up for a phone cover!!! Only complaint is that I wasn't kept up to date with my order. Tracking showed they were still in progress but when I rang to check I was told they had been dispatched and I should have received an email.”

Thank you for such a positive review Jayne. In order for our phone cases to get to you as soon as possible they are dispatched directly by one of our supply partners. At the moment we do not have the functionality to incorporate their dispatch information with ours in order for the Track your Order section to update on the website. “Delivery was quite long, and whenever I looked up the site to track my order, it only ever said my order was being processed, even the day it actually got delivered. So I had literally no idea of when to expect it or if it has been dispatched etc.”

“Did pay for fast delivery but this failed to get to me, my Father's Day present for my dad arrived on the Monday :( Overall he loved his present but I was gutted I couldn't give it to him on the Sunday”

“The brunette with highlights is still very much brunette. I was wanting a dark blonde hair colour so a bit disappointed that my character doesn't have the right hair ! Would have been perfect if there's more options for hair colour”

“I bought two items from the Claireabella range. A jute bag and an iPhone cover. Iwas a bit disappointed in the phone cover for the price. I have nicer covers that I paid less for. It was so plain that I put little bits of bling on it to jazz it up. The bag I'm very happy with. It's lovely. The service was fantastic. Both were here within the week. Would use Toxicfox again.”

“Bought a ClaireaBella medium bikini jute bag as a gift for daughter (it was on her birthday list) so had to buy it really Lovely bag but I think it was a bit expensive The glitter falls off! Good delivery Cant deny its a cute bag though!”

“Ordered a claireabella tote bag, I love it, great quality and everyone admires it. I ordered one a few months ago as a present for my sister and have since bought one for myself. My only criticism would be I was given a 10% off promotional code to use in the future as a repeat customer but it didn't allow me to use at the sametime as the free postage offer that was running.”
