“I have ordered my items from toxicfox in the past and have always been very happy, however, I recently ordered a grey phone case and requested brown hair & eyes- on arrival these were black in colour. I emailed and was promptly sent a replacement case which had the same problem. I was then offered a code for a new free phone case- excellent customer service!!”

“Ive used this company a few times... I have been very happy with the service, until today, as my bag was wrong. HOWEVER Emma replied and has sorted me out a replacement in which I hope I do receive soon. Thanks Emma & the agent on social media team for helping me out & sorting this for me. Lovely products and hopefully this was just a one off glitch.”

“Bought a bag for my sisters hen party, it arrived pretty quick but it was the wrong bag and looked nothing like the one I had ordered. I sent an email to customer service and spoke with Emma Browne who was very helpful and got the correct bag sent out to me the next day. The bag has now arrived with me so fingers crossed she will be happy with it on the day. Thank you for all of your help :)”

“I placed an order on 24th March for a passport cover and a towel. I received the passport cover within a few days however I am still waiting for the towel. I emailed the customer service team and recieved a reply within 3 minutes providing proof that my towel was sent out on 13th April so I should receive it any day. I also spoke with Ricardo on chat and he couldnt have been more helpful! So although I am still waiting for my towel (almost a month after I ordered it (which is why this is not 5 stars)), I am happy knowing that I will receive it before my holiday.”

“After my initial dissatisfaction with the product and especially the very poor customer service recieved after making the complaint I can happily say that my complaint was taken seriously and completed to my satisfaction. After emailing the customer service department following the professional advice I had recieved, they were considerate to assure that the replacement was to the quality standard which was expected when the order was originally placed. The order was for mothers day and designed by my children, so it was disappointing that it took a lot of communications to get the item replaced. The original complain was made by telephone which cost over £14!! (for 17 mins) I would recommend anyone who needs to contact this company to do it via email of possible so save!!..”

“Bag was lovely though a bit smaller than I expected. I ordered pink dress etc. but got blue, as it was a present I couldn't do anything about it but thankfully the girl really liked it so it wasn't a problem. Arrived when said it would, generally very happy.”

“I purchased the suitcase recently for my daughter's Christmas and although I personally find the product massively over-priced, on first appearance it does appear to be quite a solid and well constructed suitcase. It looks very professional and I am sure my daughter will love it tremendously. I do have one massive gripe though and it relates to the shrink wrapped plastic on the back of the suitcase. Two things: one - there is no indication anywhere that this thin plastic layer comes off as I thought it was scratched at first and it was only following a call to Toxic that they said that plastic needs to be peeled off. (A sticker on the back of all future products may offer some help in this manner). Two - removing the plastic shrink wrap from the suitcase was a nightmare and did not easily come off (as told by Toxic customer services agent) and involved me spending about 1 hr picking away at all the plastic to get it off. This is a major packaging design flaw in my opinion which I think will infuriate a lot of new customers on receiving the product. But overall a good product - just need the packaging issue revised. “Even though it took a bit longer to receive the bag for my partner the quality and time spent on it is well worth it. Could be packaged better however no one, especially my partner, will not care about that once she is showing it off to her friends!”
