“Nowhere does it mention the affidavit or the notary or the $30 upcharge.
When I initially signed up I received an email saying I would save 50% off the traffic school price.
That never happened and you say you submitte it to the DMV.
They still haven't received it, so now I have to drive 2hrs to submitte it in person.
Had you submitted it , I could of just paid the fee's online.
Now I have to spend a whole day driving over 5 hours , 250 miles and $150 in fuel.
Just to do, what your company said it would do.
A total Fail...

1. We do not send promotional emails offering a 50% discount on the course fee. If you received such an email, it may not have come from us. We would appreciate you forwarding this email to us so we can resolve your concern.
2. Regarding DMV submission, we follow the Nevada DMV’s guidelines, which require schools to submit course completions once per month by mail. While this process is not instant, we ensure all submissions are sent as required.
3. The notarization requirement is a state-mandated policy, and we communicate this clearly at multiple points, including during sign-up and prior to payment. Choosing our notarization service is optional, and students are welcome to use any notary of their choice.

“The test was longer than I expected, and a few of the questions were the type that are not particularly relevant to being able to drive safely but were testing if you had actually read the material. But, most of the questions were common sense.
Paid about $25 for the test and got a $25 discount on my car insurance for the next 6 months, but the car insurance may agree to give me the same discount for the next 3 years, so in the end I would save about $125 over 3 years.”

“This course is well presented and easy to understand. You can listen to the narration or read it yourself. There are short videos interspersed to break it up and expand your understanding. There is a brief quiz after each section and a longer one at the end. Overall the full course was fairly quick, easy and the certificate came quickly.”
