“Very difficult to get your certificate at the end worked several days to get the certificate for the Traffic court to prove I completed the course but once I finally got the notary, she was extremely helpful and helped me complete it very pleasant to deal with and helpful but getting to her was extremely difficult”

“I read and listened at the speed of the course....it still takes over 5 hours.
After 7 or 8 lessons asking for my identity, I put in the day of my b day that I had put in after every lesson and it still told me it was going to fail me even tho I was entering my b day.. Had to go on chat and that took another 20 minute to get me back in to finish .
Not good.”

“Good course and definitely less time than other schools and cheaper. Only thing I would change is the pace because I read faster than the timer and many times I was sitting there just waiting for time to pass because I couldn’t go to the next even after I was done reading”

“Nowhere does it mention the affidavit or the notary or the $30 upcharge.
When I initially signed up I received an email saying I would save 50% off the traffic school price.
That never happened and you say you submitte it to the DMV.
They still haven't received it, so now I have to drive 2hrs to submitte it in person.
Had you submitted it , I could of just paid the fee's online.
Now I have to spend a whole day driving over 5 hours , 250 miles and $150 in fuel.
Just to do, what your company said it would do.
A total Fail...

1. We do not send promotional emails offering a 50% discount on the course fee. If you received such an email, it may not have come from us. We would appreciate you forwarding this email to us so we can resolve your concern.
2. Regarding DMV submission, we follow the Nevada DMV’s guidelines, which require schools to submit course completions once per month by mail. While this process is not instant, we ensure all submissions are sent as required.
3. The notarization requirement is a state-mandated policy, and we communicate this clearly at multiple points, including during sign-up and prior to payment. Choosing our notarization service is optional, and students are welcome to use any notary of their choice.

“Had aproblem with the UTube videos, especially, since there was a plug for purchasing. Also, only 1 question for quiz, especially since no moving forward until passed! I just was not interested in the relay (setting a system up). 17 min. to watch that more than once was unfair! I wondered who was getting a kick back everytime it was watched. That was also more for a hobbyist.”

Thanks for your feedback Karen. We appreciate it. The course length is determined by the DMV, and we have to meet their minimum requirements. So unfortunately the course can seem long.
