NEVER use UPS for shipments to and from Turkey - Tried twice giving them the benefit of the doubt - They simply do not honour commitments, don't collect, don't answer the phone, don't deliver and really don't CARE!. To this day no explanation or apology. Transgobal YES ABSOLUTELY, UPS NEVER EVER AGAIN!”
