not the best follow up after a mistake on my part, still have not had my parcel returned to me after 8 weeks, lots of chasing up and not a lot of replies.

Not your fault but DPD failed to collect the parcel as agreed which meant that the parcel was very late being delivered. Contact with DPD was a waste of time. We were told that the driver could not find us,well all the other drivers dont have any difficulty when delivering to us,the property is clearly marked,so one has to wonder what went on. We have asked our suppliers to avoid using DPD.

Transglobal Express picked up my shipment onntime. There was clear communication that the boxes contain my used clothing and shoes and has to be dropped off at my Mumbai residence. Later,once shipment landed - FEDex ( the actual courier) told me of Indian rules - which doesnt allow such shipment. It took me to hire agent and additional 200 Euro to release it. No help from Transglobal.

my parcel was lost, took 3 months to get a final answer, I got only 50 pounds of refund, and I am still waiting for 300 euro that i paid in custom duties to be returned to me. Nice customer service, but at the end of the day...useless

Actually got bill through after parcel had been delivered saying the size was different to that stated on quote, so some how the box had grown during transit in all directions. We were asked for photos of the measurements we took like anyone does that. Will not be using them again

I have sent many packages to Greece and never had any problems, but this time the package was delivered 10 days late and I had to negotiate to get it out of Greek customs. The issues were clearly due to the UK leaving the EU and things will improve. My biggest issue was Transglobal Express largely left me to my own devices, they should do more to help people navigate the new regulations.

Previously great but as I’m trying to send presents to family overseas, due to nature of individual presents being sent this has caused much stress and hair pulling trying to fill in customs form. Not helpful. They should just tell me not to bother. No idea how I’m going to post presents now as it’s too hard, thanks for nothing

Customer services when there are no problems is ok. However, then the document does not reach its destinations then problems start. La time this happened several months or so ago and we never even got the £50 they insure it for.
