"Purchased a coat for my daughter in the sale for \u00a3140.00 down from \u00a3280.00. After only 6 weeks the material started coming away at the cuffs. Emailed in to Trapstar and was immediately offered 20% refund - declined as coat was clearly not fit for purpose. Advised to return for full refund. Upon receipt of the return Trapstar emailed to say no refund due as no manufacturing fault this was just wear and tear ?? After 6 weeks!!"

"Have been waiting for a parcel for 2 months have had no updates from them unless I send them atleast 2 emails a day. They say they\u2019re attempting to deliver the parcel and that it gets sent of but when it gets to DPD it gets held at the depo and sent back to them any help with this."

Customer service takes days to respond, asking for pics but don\u2019t reply when they get them! Poor service and very poor quality item of clothing, certainly not worth the money"
