“Worst company I have ever known still waiting on a order from 17 11 20 telephoned 3 times no help what do ever missed my son’s birthday doubt I’ll get for Christmas don’t know what else to do”

“Useless c**nts. Couldn’t run a bath. AVOID unless you want wrong item sent..wrong size and no reply no phone number to ring no response through email. 2 months later £500 down. Chasing refund through bank and will run up on there store when it re opens. Mugs.”

“Terrible company. Ordered tracksuit for my child’s Xmas present on 9th dec. he had absolutely nothing Else to open as overpriced tracksuit cost 180 but still havnt received order, worse still have sent piles of emails and phoned them number of time’s leaving messages with my number to call me back had absolutely no reply or communication back from them. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. How dare they treat people like this and how do they keep trading treating people like this. Who do they think they are not responding to me. I’m absolutely fuming about this now. Do not order anything from this company. You have been warned”

“I’m sure the t-shirt I ordered would’ve been great quality, had it even been delivered. Whoever handles orders and complains at trapstar really need a renewal course for their communication. Absolutely awful communication, not informing me that my order had been sent back to the warehouse for no reason at all, and then was bought by someone else so now the t-shirt I ordered is completely out of stock. No email or text to let me know about the unfortunate incident that occurred as a result of Trapstar employees! If it wasn’t for me then emailing and the multiple phone calls to them I would not even be aware that I wasn’t going to receive my order.”

“Ordered at the beginning of January still not received item. The customer service is non existent. There are 2 numbers on the site to call, both mobiles, one is not connected the other is never answered or has an engaged tone. I have sent a message through their own websites contact page and again received no response. My son spent his own Christmas money on clothing from here and being only 12 years old he is disappointed it hasn't turned up with no guarantee of whether it will ever come or of he will be refunded. Even if it comes, I now feel it would be bad advertising for this company with no morals whatsoever if he wears it and his friends order the same. Never again will I order from this company. Disgraceful.”

“Would not even give this a one star ordered my son a tracksuit 20th of December knew it wouldn’t be here for Christmas but still waiting seven weeks later number of emails sent all you get is order number. Your email address address date of ordered. I don’t know how many times I’ve done this still no reply absolutely disgusting. Please do not waste your time in ordering from this site.”

“Ordered tracksuit on 25th November, still not arrived. They don’t answer the phone, reply to emails and the online chat is a joke. I’m now going through my credit card company to try and get a refund. Avoid”

“Do not buy from these people it is a con , I ordered £156 of clothing from them on 1/1/2020 and received nothing , I’ve emailed with no response, they never answer their phones , they should be closed down . I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased !!!!”

“I ordered $967 of merchandise from trapstr for Christmas presents for my boys. The tracksuits and t shirts are cut small and I requested to exchange for larger sizes. Both puffer jackets fit perfectly and we will be keeping them both. I made my request the day I received my items. I was told no, because my items were on sale at time of purchase-the policy on the website saids no refunds for on sale items. I’m asking for only an exchange I still only want an exchange for larger sizes and was denied. I will not be able to purchase from them again as they do not care about customer satisfaction or their customers. So if you buy the wrong size of any item on sale they simply tell you no. That’s it! This is totally unacceptable and should never happen to anyone”

“I ordered a hoodie for my son on 29th September. I was shocked when I received notification that my parcel was going to be delivered on the 2nd October as this has never happened before. Usually I have to wait weeks and on one occasion it was months. The parcel did arrive but instead of a hoodie there was a dirty green jumper from Primark that smelt of petrol in the bag. I immediately took pictures and added them to the email that I sent to Trapstar. They emailed back after 2 days and advised that my case will be investigated and it would take 8- 10 working days. This timescale has come and gone. I have emailed afurther 3 times and they have been ignored. When you call the telephone number for both the Birmingham and London branch it says they are not in service. The website refers to customer care. It an absolute joke. They should not be allowed to continue to do business. I have read other reviews and they are more negative than positive. This company needs to be investigated and people to to be refunded of their hard earned cash.”
