Still waiting for Christmas gifts for my sons. I ordered on 12/5. I Get occasional updates to say order will be posted soon, still nothing arrives.first they blamed supply chain and now just got an email to say they are moving to a bigger facility to help with orders. Haha. I can understand logistical issues and supply issues both. However- I know when I’m being scammed.other providers who failed to delivered offered my money back, and large discounts for future purchases- some such as Ugg preemptively refunded me when they didn’t get my order by Christmas. Do not engage with this brand. I will ask credit card to step in to sort this matter.

my son ordered a tracksuit in December was told 8-10 days for delivery and still not heard nothing from the, various emails and phone calls and still nothing, going to bank on Monday to report as a fraudulent sale. HAVE NEVER EVER KNOWN ANYTHING LIKE IN MY LIFE, SHOCKING SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES

Ordered a hoodie about two weeks ago and from hearing from all you guys it seems like I won’t receive my order… should I wait? Should I go to the bank and get my money back what should I do?!?

to be honest a 1 star rating is generous. i ordered some wildcard joggers on the 25th of november and still haven’t received them it was only till last week when they got shipped and i got an email about them. i knew they had a delay due to strikes and the holidays but nearly 7 weeks for a single pair of joggers is ridiculous. i buy clothes from them all the time and have placed over 5 orders with them and this is the 3rd time it’s took over 3 weeks for anything to arrive and be notified on their whereabouts. not impressed will probably be my last time ordering from trapstar as i can’t be bothered to order something and wait weeks for it to arrive.

Ordered 26 November, still waiting for delivery on 01 January. Been given a DPD consignment number apart from they haven’t sent the goods tomDPD. Really poor customer service. Nephew’s Christmas ruined. Thanks Trapstar.

the delivary date is from 3-10 working days its been over a month, I bought a coat on the 25th of november and still hasnt came their pathetic excuse of a customer service just says the same thing and they avoid the actual question you are asking by just saying sorry

absolute same as the rest. my son ordered a tracksuit with his own money end nov and still waiting for it. i sent a top back recorded delivery for a refund. i’ve tried emailing them, online chat and phoning but get no response. Poor customer service.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY. Placed an order in November for my sons Christmas present with dispatch confirmed for 9th December. 23rd December today and no dispatch. Took 11 days to answer an email, do not return messages and online chat via their Web site is inactive. Thanks for destroying my sons Christmas.

Placed my order. Updated that delivery would be delayed by more than a month, so now trying to get a refund. Only an automated reply to my first email, then silence. No responses to other chasing emails, no one answers the phone, no one responds to online chat requests. I suspect I will have to go through my bank to get my money back from these fraudsters. How they are allowed to continue trading I have no idea.

If I could give minus stars I would .. ordered over £600 worth of clothes 20/11 /22 said it would be here in 7-10 days I have sent over 10 emails no reply just a automated reply to say send back all your details no one has got back to me it’s been 3 weeks since I emailed .. called the phone number it keeps you on hold for 16 minutes then cuts you off .. I received 1 item today which has no labels on it and looks like it has been worn looks washed out .. so disappointed I’ve order all this for my son for Christmas first time ordering from them online ... absolute scam do not order from them .. I’ll be cancelling the rest of my order and claiming the money back through my bank ... you can not get through to them

Ordered last week of November - Cyber Monday. No confirmation, no answers.. customer service is non existent. Sitting waiting at the computer for them to enter in chat, no phone reply and no email! Wow.

Ordered tracksuit on 25th November, still not arrived. They don’t answer the phone, reply to emails and the online chat is a joke. I’m now going through my credit card company to try and get a refund. Avoid

I ordered in early October. I then received an email to say the item was out of stock offering me a different tracksuit,refund or credit note. I responded asking for a refund. I'm now emailing daily with no response and £175 down. I have never experienced such poor customer service

Still waiting for a refund from an order placed in August, now 4 items have gone missing and no-one contacts me back. Do not use terrible customer service,all fine until you need assistance.

Such a shame- been supporting Trapstar from 2008 when they were not really known! They know all the family but seem to be only keen to satisfy the influencers & such ! W12 from day dot ! Recommend getting audit & stock control so you not advertising goods you know you don’t have - 🙄 Never again !! Maybe look at Yelir for how to do customer service!
