“Placed my order. Updated that delivery would be delayed by more than a month, so now trying to get a refund.
Only an automated reply to my first email, then silence. No responses to other chasing emails, no one answers the phone, no one responds to online chat requests.
I suspect I will have to go through my bank to get my money back from these fraudsters. How they are allowed to continue trading I have no idea.”
“If I could give minus stars I would .. ordered over £600 worth of clothes 20/11 /22 said it would be here in 7-10 days I have sent over 10 emails no reply just a automated reply to say send back all your details no one has got back to me it’s been 3 weeks since I emailed .. called the phone number it keeps you on hold for 16 minutes then cuts you off .. I received 1 item today which has no labels on it and looks like it has been worn looks washed out .. so disappointed I’ve order all this for my son for Christmas first time ordering from them online ... absolute scam do not order from them .. I’ll be cancelling the rest of my order and claiming the money back through my bank ... you can not get through to them”

“Ordered a jacket on pre order. Was worried when I checked this site after I had paid, obviously a bit of a wait with the pre orders, but they did advise accurate time scale in email when I queried how long the pre order would take to despatch, but have been totally happy with the service, email updates sent along the way and they always answered my emails, puffer jacket arrived today, the day after the despatch email. Delivered by dpd, excellent quality and a happy teenage boy in the house! Thank you!”
“I ordered a body warmer and it was supposedly delivered to my neighbours next door but there was no picture of the parcel just their empty driveway and i went there and funny enough they didn’t have it so I contacted trapstar and they refused to refund or send a replacement. £150 down the drain, scammers”
“Have been waiting for a parcel for 2 months have had no updates from them unless I send them atleast 2 emails a day. They say they’re attempting to deliver the parcel and that it gets sent of but when it gets to DPD it gets held at the depo and sent back to them any help with this.”
“Ordered a hoodie for my sons 15th birthday after he wouldn’t shut up about one! £55 paid, took 5 days to get dispatched email and when it arrived I was shocked to find boohoo man £6 quality hoodie that had dirty marks all over it, the front and sleeves and looked like it had been worn for a week before someone returned it. Customer service takes days to respond, asking for pics but don’t reply when they get them! Poor service and very poor quality item of clothing, certainly not worth the money”
