“Initially I was quite concerned about sending my passport to almost the other end of the country. However, got Travel-Direct to check my application and Albert confirmed it was in good shape and as promised my passport including a new Chinese visa was back in my hands within seven days. Fantastic service. Based on my experience, yes I would recommend Travel-Direct.”

“We used the standard 5 day service using guaranteed Royal Mail Delivery and we got our passports back inside 5 days and that included a weekend. We were advised by email that the application had been received and that the visa had been granted and was already in the post back to us. Excellent service and at a more reasonable cost than some agents I found on the net. Would recommend.”

“Fast and efficient service, clear instructions online for the preparation meant I could gather everything before application rather than be delayed by needing to submit further documents after postage. The phone service was also very helpful and had experience with dealing with the questions I posed and specific queries. I previously used a different agency but I changed to this one because their customer communication was better and had a more helpful attitude.”

“A brief note of thanks, Cost significantly less than doing it all myself, Infinitely less hassle, Documents supplied in word format when requested, phone support to assist and clarify form requirements, Simple postage system to and fro, Prompt turnaround, clear communications, Passport returned with visa correct, all in all just excellent service.”

“Dear Albert, I just wanted to write and say how happy I was for choosing Travel Direct to obtain my Chinese VISA. Thank you for the A**** service! Sending your passport in the post is quite a stressful thing, but being able to pick up the phone and check the status, along with the great communication from your office made the whole experience as calm as possible with flights coming up in the very near future. “I am a procrastinator, and when I realised that I had left things a bit late to get my Chinese visas I decided to make two long trips to Manchester to get them. And then I learned that there were services like Travel-Direct that can do it for you. It cost a bit, but it was vastly better than the alternative. Polite and rapid service. Very pleased with those visas.”

“From our first contact by telephone after consulting the web-site we were given clear, concise and prompt answers to our questions. Once embarked on the application process we were again helped by prompt responses to our queries, even after hours.( The wonders of modern technology!) “I first emailed both my own and my wifes Chinese Visa forms to Travel Direct for them to check free of charge and they emailed me back the next day to say they were fine. So I then sent them all the documents and Passports on a Moday and they sent the Passports back with the Visa in them the following Monday. A nice touch is that they kept me informed about receiving the documents from me, and then to tell me when they had posted the back to me by email. They were also very helpful when I phoned them a couple of times. I would strongly recommend them for getting your Visa as they take all the worry away from you and I could not faul them.”
