“I cannot fault the service - exactly what it said on the tin. Enquiries were handled rapidly and the whole process was seamless. The web site was informative and the application processed as promised with excellent communication along the way. I am now in possession of a 2 year China business visa less than a week from deciding I needed to make a trip there. I have no hesitation in recommending Travel Direct to anyone who wants a hassle free experience. If only they would organise visas for other countries like India and Vietnam..........”

“I needed an urgent business travel visa for an unexpectedly arranged meeting in Beijing. The usual application process would not be completed in time, so I needed a faster alternative. I called them briefly to confirm a small detail on the procedure for sending and returning the application, which was handled very efficiently. The whole process went through very smoothly indeed. I received my passport (complete with shiny new visa) slightly ahead of the schedule which was great. I was informed via email as soon as the visa was granted and received my passport back at 9:00am the next morning.”
