“I called once before paying with a few queries which were answered quickly and clearly. I also got an email to let me know my passport was on its way back to me which I appreciated. I would use again without hestitation - NB I used for 7 day China Visa Thanks”

“The process of obtaining a Chinese visa can be very frustrating but the service provided by this company was simple and swift. I was able to talk to a real person who knew what they were doing and given accurate advice on what was needed on the form and what documents I needed to include. After a short period of silence our passports complete with visas arrived. Well done to you for making my life far less pressurised.”

“My experience with Travel-Direct was excellent. I was wanting a china visa , i gave them a phone call and they advised me on what to do when filling out the forms ( nothing was too much trouble) , the application process was the simplest site that i had found (VERY EASY ) with minimum forms to fill in. i also advised a college of mine to use this company as he was struggling to find someone he thought might help him, i have just got an email back from him saying Thanks , his process was successful and he was very pleased i sent him to Travel-direct . From my experience with these guys i couldn't recommend them highly enough, If you have any doubt just give them a ring they will help you”

“I couldn't be more satisfied. In the past I have made the two trips myself to the Chinese visa centre in London. This time my itinerary was a little unusual as I do not just have a straightforward return air fare and hotel booking, but I talked a couple of times to your staff on the phone before sending the information, who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The visa then duly arrived back to me without any hassle. Thank you.”

“Fantastic service. I followed the instructions on the web site and 9 days later the passport and two year China visa were back with me. Much better and cheaper than doing it say in Hong Kong.”

“Excellent advice and service from Erika and Albert. they informed me if my invitation letter was acceptable and kept me updated as to my visa application once processed. Only took one week from time I sent my passport to them form them to return it with my Chinese visa. Many thanks S.P.”
