“Excellent service for our Chinese visas. The website was very clear although I had a few questions about the visa form which were answered immediately with a phone call. We requested 5 day service and in fact got our passports back a day before we were expecting them. Was well worth it, especially knowing that they would check the documents before submitting them.”

“To start with it was the best value for money! The website made it easy to follow ( initial thoughts on getting a Chinese visa was that it was very involved but it turned out to be straightforward). The visa was delivered back to us at the expected time.”

“I was told by most companies that it was pretty much impossible to get a Chinese visa within 2 working days, however Travel Direct UK managed to do this, providing me with excellent advice and communication throughout the process. Highly recommended.”

“My first visa application ever. Travel-Direct was very helpful with every single question and replying fast. Took about a week for me to have my visa since application sent and seemed to be the cheapest alternative I found to visas for China. My only complaint would be that the first time they have contacted me after receiving the application, I only had a missed call, no voicemail left, no email sent, glad I picked up the following day as I am unsure they would have tried contacting me further.. So my advice on what could be improved: please send emails and leave voicemails regarding visa applications! Vert satisfied in general and would recommend to anyone who needs a visa to China.”

“I was having really trouble getting my visa and only had about 10 days until I left for shanghai - they sorted everything out for me even changing the address of the return envelope and telling me when it have been delivered, sent in, accepted and being posted back - would recommend to anyone. Especially because it's quite a difficult prosses.”
