We booked a superior room in Madeira at the Santa Cruz Hotel and when we arrived the hotel announced that the hotel was full and gave us a room that beared no resemblance to the superior rooms the hotel was advertising! It was tiny! You tell me if these photos match the photos the hotel advertises for superior rooms!"

"Book with rubbish company now ABTA involved when we booked online flight with Turkish Airlines said baggage included after going through all the process of booking hotel and transfer then to payment .Paid deposit and got all emails from travel Republic upon checking paperwork for flight no hold baggage so spent 3 hours on phone to be told to goto airline web site log in and add baggage so did that now Turkish airline want \u00a3600 to add as extra baggage 2x baggage both ways DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITH THESE PLEASE BE WARNED YOU'LL END UP PAYING MORE THAN IF YOU BOOK THROUGH TUI"
