“I have stayed in serveral l travel lodges over the years and some better than others, Sadly the Travelodge M6 Carlisle was the most disgusting I have ever been in, The first room l was in the carpets were disgusting and when l went to reception to ask for a plug, sadly they couldn't provide me with one, so l was offered another room, l will say the carpet in the second room was better, the whole building is in a poor state, also the smell inside and outside I'd discusting, This is no doubt a busy travellodge and for the cost l paid for one night £119 for me and one dog it really needs updating, l will never stay in it again”

“Booking process is straightforward however we wanted an evening meal and breakfast one the first evening and morning only and we could not find a way to do this online”

“I prebooked breakfast, nobody told me that the breakfast room and dining area were undergoing major modification and would not be available. I was told there would be an email confirming that a refund would be given there was no email I phoned Filton and was given a service number to dial, this service number couldn't do anything but tried to phone reception and were unable to get through. I want my money back for the breakfast I never had”
