“Anna made our stay at Travelodge Halifax truly exceptional. Despite our late arrival, she welcomed us warmly and handled our check-in with ease and professionalism. She was polite, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making us feel instantly comfortable after a long journey. “Right my name is nasir mirza i have been booking travelodge ilford clements road for few months now and my last stay was before hune this year. I went holiday for few months and came back couple days ago. I have come back to ilford travelodge clements road. Since coming after few months staff were so lovely to say hello welcome back like there never forgot me. There noticed me stright away as i was a regular for few months in a row. The manager lira who is running ilford travelodge is extremely good in her job and always vaules customers needs. I asked for an extra pillow and that was given without any hesitation and compilled with all my needs. I booked a disabled room and was given the biggest room. She is worthy of being a manager of ilford but needs praise and should be getting a pay rise because she was so friemdly and polite. Also i want to give a specail mention for a member of staff called ashif. He is such a nice guy who is always helpfull. And my wifi was nit working as he fixed that stright away. What a lovly staff at ilford travelodge. Thanks travelodge people like them is reason why i always recomend this travelodge of all others in east london. Hospitality was nothing but 10/10 Regards Nasir mirza”

“Impressive Travel Lodge Aylesbury Experience We stayed in Travel Lodge Aylesbury recently. It is a beautiful, clean & updated boutique hotel by the Aylesbury Basin. We weren't disappointed as we opted out another paid hotel to change to this beautiful spot. We were impressed by the staff team who were helpful & friendly, making us feel at home as soon as we walked into the hotel. We really appreciate Allison who extends her extra hospitality to offer to mail our card out to our family in UK! The rest of the team is amazing & to name a few are Lahshmi & Cheryl. Thanks to the team of Travel Lodge at Aylesbury to make our stay extraordinarily pleasant, comfortable & unforgettable!”

“I have been staying at the Travelodge Enfield London hotel since March 23, 2025 and I am very satisfied with the services provided by the hotel staff, especially Ionela, Renata and Nikola! Always kind, smiling, polite and ready to help! The restaurant is clean, has good food, at affordable prices. The hotel is clean, comfortable and accepts our pet! I highly recommend!”

“Stayed at the Maidenhead travel lodge for 2 nights from 14th March 2025 and I cannot praise the Hotel enough. The room (family) was superb - clean comfortable and spacious and the women on the desk were simply wonderful! They went the extra mile to make our stay as pleasurable as possible and were always helpful, polite and smiling. I remember in particular Arju & Babita. Please forward these comments to the Maidenhead branch. I tried to leave a review on the link the hotel provided but I couldn't access it. Highly recommend this Travel lodge. kind regards Pamela”

“I am writing to say that Travelodge Stockley park was overall very good in my opinion, a particular staff called Violeta offered me travel advice when i was unsure on how to proceed with my trip. She made me feel welcomed, was professional yet kind . Her customer service aptitude is next to none. i indeed had a quality stay, would come again”

“My husband and I visited your Travelodge Hotel in Holyhead last week. We were lucky enough to be welcomed by NIKKI your receptionist, a really nice young lady she was so kind and helpful and a great help with local knowledge on where to eat and shop, A great help to this old couple. We have visited many Travelodge Hotels both at home and in the USA. This young lady is a great asset to your company so Thank You. 5/11/2024”
