“Very easy to book and when I phoned the hotel regarding a specific query on disabled room facilities the staff were very helpful and informative. The chance to talk to the hotel pre your stay is very important. Thank you.”

“I have stayed several times at travel lodge in Lytham st annes I really appreciate a 1st floor room overlooking the car park. On my last visit I was promised this,however I was on 3rd floor ,at rear of building. I don't use lifts,so this was a problem. I would really appreciate if this could be arranged. My visit is Dec 10th for 3 nights Michelle Lockwood”
