“I've stayed in loads of travel lodges around the UK and never been disappointed. The rooms are always very clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful especially Ben at the birch services on the M62 when my daughter and I stayed in June for the Coldplay concert he was very good with customer service skills”

“When we arrived we were given are room on the second floor that was extremly dated only to find the curtains bearly hanging on the track, the curtains them selves seemed to have been passed from lodge to logde and needed repalcing years ago. There was also no mention of noise from the railway just below are window when we booked, we asked for a room that could have the curtains properly and not on the rail side, we was given a foom on the 4th floor on the rail side and a set of ear plugs....."what a joke" the train seen from the Blues Brothers came to mind. The room on the forth floor had curains that closed but wasnt much better Travel Lodge you've made me Premier Inn customer. I understand that this Lodge is cheaper than the rest but you expect evry”
