“Bit disappointed in customer service. Three visits to reception to get a card to work to access staircase. Third time another receptionist dealt with me told me it had expired. Yes I'd not been here over an hour!!; Told all info I need about stay would be found in my room. It's not!!! It's part of the card that comes with the card to access your room”

“Very welcoming and superb staff. Nothing was too much trouble for Laura. Very knowledgeable about the local area and no question was too silly. 3 of us stayed for 4 nights while working up there. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Bathroom a little cramped but again clean. Will use this hotel again”

“My fault for not booking immediately but in the space of 10 days my room rate increased by £30 a night. Rather excessive for a booking required for mid September & making it a costly trip.”
