“During the check-in hotel team requested a surcharge in amount of 50% of my original booking price that I paid online. TravelUp resolved this issue very quickly. A few emails back and force and we got checked-in without any surcharges. Thanks Harley Winget for helping us to resolve the issue.”
“They managed to change my flight booking after flight cancellation by the Airline. They satisfied my request to the best of their ability given availability of dates by the airline. If I am allowed, I would only advise Travel Up to try to reduce waiting time on the phone and may also try to reply to emails promptly.
