Fleming Grayson was very helpful, downside is the extremely long wait to get through to someone. Quickly dealt with once managed to get through.

Travel up have been fantastic with me, especially Fleming Greyson. He has helped me out throughout the whole process. I had a voucher for the full amount when I originally had to cancel the flight, they have redeemed the full amount without any problem. Big respect to FLEMING GREYSON.

Really don’t book through this company! A fraction cheaper on Sky scanner than other firms but they are total rip off merchants with appalling customer service. Pay the little bit extra to go with a reputable firm. Didn’t bother to send tickets after we booked. Had to stay on phone to premium rate number for ages in order to Speak to someone who could sort out sending the e-tickets. No apology. We eventually had to cancel due to Covid. Beware all Tickets are non refundable - even though if I’d booked with British airways direct it would have been totally refundable (and only cost about £1 more). However I should have been entitled to a refund on tax. But they’ve ignored all my emails. avoid!!

The wait and the recording is a bit of a nightmare, but once you are with an agent they are really helpful, have used them on a few occasions and they always give a very professional service. Will definitely will be booking with them again.

I always book via travelup. Rebooking my cancelled flight has been a bit of a headache and I had to make several attempts byt email and phone, but once the agent was on the case it actually happened fast. Thank you.

Although my trip was cancelled I cannot fault Travel up & Fleming Greyling for anything, great service under difficult conditions

I have had to cancel 2 flights which I booked through Travelup,their customer services has been very helpful and understanding of the current situation we are in through coronavirus.

The customer service was really good and everything was dealt with really efficiently and politely. The only slight issue was I had to chase them - but I appreciate this is a crazy time and flight refunds must be a nightmare. Really happy overall

Mr fleming Greyson from customer service provide exceptional service as my flight was cancelled by airline and he rearranged for me immediately as I highly recommend to use travel up if people like mr fleming work for them thanks 😊

so my fiance and I booked our annual spring vacation in March. We booked months ahead like usual in December the previous year. Covid came along and travel bans were put into affect so we couldn't go anywhere. So we asked for a refund. 6 months later we get half the money back. They kept the rest as a "cancelation fee" mind you this was during a global pandemic when there wasn't an option to travel.

Fleming at Travelup was very helpful in arranging a cash voucher after my flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. I can only imagine the pressure on their agents and the number of queries they're dealing with right now, so I am very grateful for the swift handling of my issue.

I have had nothing but professional and speedy service from Fleming Greyson in processing a travel voucher in compensation for flights which couldn’t be used due to Coronavirus. I am very pleased with and appreciative of his assistance and can certainly recommend Travelup as represented by him

Mr Fleming Grayson, the customer service agent, that I spoke to was Very. Helpful.-he gave me a choice of Refund options, and understood that I had been waiting, Not for Travel up to Refund me, But British Airways! —they had CANCELLED my Flights TWICE, and gave me flights from Gatwick, knowing that they Would NO longer be flying from there!-he apologised, on there behalf, which was also nice of him.
