Can’t really blame TravelUp for issues caused by Thai Airways, however they have been very good in processing the refund and customer service has been very good. It is a trustworthy company and I will have confidence in using the website again.”
“Our BA flight was cancelled and we were unable to make new bookings via the airline so called TravelUp. I did have to wait quite a long time for an operator but received an email within the hour as they promised and the bookings were changed very quickly by an operator called Roy Edwards, so I was impressed by his speed and efficiency. I have not given 5 stars purely because of the wait time but he deserves a good rating for the speed of sorting this out!”
