Had not received my e-ticket from a booking i had made some hours before. Called the number and got through to Sana Altaf, she said it had come in now and she forwarded instantly. All Sorted. Wish it had happened automatically within the 3 hour window i was told when i paid for the booking.

Tahiti was very helpful in arranging for my partner to join my flight that was already booked. Only fault I have is that the first pay page is confusing as no facility to put card details, but suggests pay now! I rang Tahiti and he talked me through it.

ASAD KHAN gave me quick response to a question I had on QR booking (which turned out to be minor - just a departure time of a connecting flight being brought forward by 25 minutes from Doha). The response was a standard reply.

The booking was made for my daughter and her friend but because it was done on my phone (mother's) it read that I was the lead guest which created an issue but have to say Faraz Ali delt with it efficiently...have only given 4/5 as in a lot of these situations problems can still arise later down the line ...if I could fast forward to the 17th Sept the date of the booking and there were no difficulties I would of given 5/5 🙂

My return flight got cancelled and travel up handled the request to change the date and time to a better suited one. I had to phone them and wait for the man to tell me to send an email instead. Email response back was fast and good. Thanks TravelUp

After having called and emailing Travelup, a few times, I have been assured my flights, both inbound and outbound are confirmed. Kyle Roberts was very helpful in confirming everything with me and assuring me that I would receive updated tickets with 24-48hrs of the phone call. I eagerly await my tickets and look forward to to my holiday now. The only gripe I have is that although everything is confirmed on the app, I was still told to confirm the booking via email, which is fine. However, this was not mentioned on the email to show new flight times. It was only after I called I learnt I had to do this. So I have now confirmed twice!!

I called several times for my amended e ticket. I called and travel up would put me on hold for ages eventually the call would disconnect. The only person that was extremely helpful was Asad Khan who sent me my e ticket as soon as I had spoken with him on the phone, but that was after I had called travel up thousands of times. Happy that Asad sorted the issue though and nice to know some members of travel up do their job effectively and efficiently.

After a truly horrendous flight cancellation and horrible customer service from the airline Aer Lingus which was absolutely no help at all it was wonderful to speak to a compassionate and helpful person at travel up.

We got the flight that we wanted and that was not bookable in that form (multi-stop trip) on the Air New Zealand website. The agent, Alex Victor, was very helpful and kept in touch by phone throughout the booking process (which took a while due to www problems in their call centre). So far, so good. However, I do not like the overall business model of Travelup and other such 'brokers' who sell flights via skyscanner, who lure customers with low rates, which then miraculously increase when one starts booking them. Having about 40 years of long-haul flight experience, I find it not very credible that rates all of a sudden go up by a few hundred pounds. So I would normally always book directly with the airline of my choice if I can. But these companies do provide employment to lots of people in their call centres and back offices, and I just hope they pay them decent wages - considering all the profits they are making by marking up flights!

TravelUp’s agent Kyle has provided a good level of customer support, although it took a long time to connect over the phone, while their online booking page was not working. Furthermore, Kyle has promised to support any further enquiry, should any problems occur.

In general the service has been extremely difficult to use however one particular employee called Asad completely redeemed the service and has been extremely helpful.

Have been struggling to get hold of customer service to sort out flights, but MUHAMMAD.IBRAHIM on the phone has been so helpful and re issued me new flights. Very calm and great customer service!
