“I spoke to MUHAMMAD.IBRAHIM and he was great in helping me find an alternative flight as the airline had cancelled the original flight I was on. There were no options on the day, so he found out options on other days, before and after, walked me through the process and asked me to stay on the line and explained why, which was helpful.
So then approved the option he provided and then he spoke to the airline to ensure that was issued for me. And said it would happen within 24hrs and would call me once it was issued.”
