I especially liked the fact that I was told that I did not need to rush when I was filling in some details online and it was taking me a while. The operative, a Mr. Samer Akhter told me he would be there for me so not to worry -just take my time. And when I made a mistake and had to start again, it was as if that was not a problem. Talk about being "mega-patient!" That is what he was - patient. He also waited to ensure that I received the confirmation email. I believe I got the best price available as he double-checked my flying preferences. All in all, I was very pleased with the service offered by Samer Akhter.”
