“I understand there are some negative review, so when I got message from BA that my return flight got cancelled, I was in a bit panic as the phoneline was far too busy and very long que waiting. So I decided to send an email to request a new flight.
I was so impressed by the speed of response, within 24 hours , I got a reply and got an offer of alternative flight without any problem. Supper smooth and excellent service.
