“I just had a great service for Travel Up from Lisa :) She provided detailed information to me and was very patient answering all my questions; exactly what a great customer service should be.
Thank you Lisa”
“We've used Tavelup to book our flights to Doha and back from Dubai, as they could guarantee a cheaper price than going directly to the flight provider. Unfortunately, our flights both to and from our holiday have been cancelled and rescheduled at different times; this doesn't impact our outward journey but, as we have a flight connection on the way back, causes issues. Lisa Jane was both helpful and professional when dealing with our flight change and has changed our final connecting flight to suit the new flight times, free of charge. Thank you so much!”
