“Truly awful experience that cost us an extra 2500 for flight on hour honeymoon.
Our flights were booked a year prior and when we arrived the flight outbound had changed to 3 hours before we arrived and had to but other flights on the spot to no miss out on losing the resort cost.
I do not know why we weren't updated or made aware of the flight change. when logging into their site it was still the same information.
They must know we can know book flights with airlines ourselves, however we use services such as these to keep an eye on flights and update us.
