I wasn’t thrilled about the last minute cancellation of my flight but it was sorted as best as could be by the customer services from travel up called Nash Davies.

BA cancelled our flight, and not very responsive or helpful in sorting it out. Russell and Muhammad Ibrhim took up the slack for BA and shorted everything. Then when BA failed to send tickets and were cutting of calls to the helpline Travel up helped again. We would have been really stuck without them. They appeared to be working far more hours than they advertised. The communication was excellent and they didn't let us down. BA could learn a lot from them.

Booked HOTEL ONLY through travel up and paid the deposit. Paid the remaining balance two weeks later. I wasn’t able to pay online and emailed the company who generated a new payment link for me a few hours after email (Faraz Ali) around 4am. I called the hotel at 12pm to confirm booking and they had my reservation details. I was relieved, especially after seeing the negative reviews. Glad I booked with them. I saved over $3,000!

I was very cautious with booking with Tavelup... However, Tahir Sajjad was very helpful and made me felt more at ease. He was very patient and kept me informed step by step.

Kyle Roberts was my third sales consultant within an hour having first been brushed off after my first enquiry to speak to the "online team", and then after speaking to a sales adviser on this team, being told I had to speak directly to the airline to get a refund voucher applied to a new booking., However, Kyle was attentive, and took time to both listen and resolve the issue fully without fobbing me off.

On hold system lets you know how many minutes you have left which is a nice bonus. Only a 5 min wait at 4.45pm. Junaid Ansar was really nice and helpful and got me exactly what I needed, nice and fast too! Overall, a pleasant experience. Couldn't ask for better really.

I thought I did this on the first email, but I truly don’t mind as this one seems more thorough. Regarding customer support, I couldn’t be more pleased. I kept running into a problem trying to pay my deposit, getting a notice that my bank was decking the payment. For a second time I called, as the first time the call would go through. This time I was greeted by Sara Martin who made the payment process so much easier and told be exactly that me balance, plus the $7.95 convenience fee had to be paid by August 12. She instilled confidence with the process and has made me a new customer thank you for that and for Sara. Clearly, I am impressed with Travel Up’s pricing, the ease for find places and dates, and more.
