We called and emailed many times but couldn't get through to anyone to help and no-one replied to our emails. It is a shame that our flights couldn't have been sorted out within a day or two of them being cancelled rather than causing unnecessary stress/worry and not knowing what was happening with our flights. Eventually I was passed onto Kyle Roberts who was very helpful in resolving the multiple issues and facilitating a refund although not the full amount.”
