“Our flight has been cancelled with BA and anytime I needed help after a bit of a waiting time my call has been answered by a customer service assistant but none of them was as helpful as Muhammad Ibrahim. He didn't told me to "ok I'll send an email to this and that and we will call you back..." he straightaway called another airline to make sure that my family and me has the flight confirmed and he sent me the tickets in 5 minutes. I'm really glad that you guys sorted out so quickly.

Kyle offered advice and next steps which was appreciated however the issues is yet to be resolved.”
