“To be honest, I was a little bit upset at the beginning when my flight with British Airways was cancelled and the airline had already sent the cancellation email and Travel Up wouldn't even show up the changes in their website. But a little while after I sent an email to the agency, they solved the problem and sent me my new ticket.”
