The worse customers services department - do NOT use. They do not answer emails, cut off calls after being on hold 30 minutes numerous times. PLEASE AVOID!

Was provided with amazing service from Kyle Roberts! He gave me a good price for my flight, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I had a really smooth journey & am happy with the service!

My flight was cancelled on the 23rd of June and I’m here in Manchester airport on the 17th of July just finding out this news. No emails no nothing. I was contacted by Roy Edwards on the 6th July and also on the 12th July with no news of my cancelled flight. he told me that my flight was re scheduled. This isn’t good enough. So now I’m stuck in Frankfurt for over 24hrs in a below average hotel. 24hrs late for my event. No cash card waiting for a flight. It’s a joke first and last time I will be using travel up

After the cancellation with BA and multiple times if calling travel up i couldnt find a solution. Until kyle roberts pick up my call and found the solution directly. He is the best to contact into those situations.

Had a flight cancelled by BA After an awful pointless call with BA Got in contact with Kyle Roberts at Travel Up Total legend, did all the leg work and got us booked on the same day Really saved the day Would definitely recommend

Having a flight cancelled by BA ! It took them five days to let me know to go back to Travel up. Lisa -Jane answered my call after a short wait and spent all afternoon getting me another flight. Thank you - great customer Service Lisa 👍👌
